Technical Reports
UNENE sits at the heart of a powerful network of Canadian universities, industry leaders, and government partners, working together to strengthen Canada’s position as a Tier 1 nation in nuclear science and technology. By funding research, advancing nuclear knowledge, and training the next generation of experts, UNENE supports the safe, innovative, and peaceful application of nuclear science across the country.
Through Industrial Research Chairs (IRCs) and Research Co-operative Projects (RCPs), UNENE fosters university-based research excellence focused on industry priorities. These programs help build critical capacity and ensure a continuous flow of highly qualified personnel to meet current and future needs in the nuclear sector. The resulting research also serves as a valuable resource to the public, government, and industry stakeholders.
The UNENE Technical Report highlights key research activities, progress, and outcomes led by our academic partners. While not all projects are reported every cycle, future reports will continue to document the growing impact of this collaborative research.
