This delivery of the Nuclear Power Plant Operations Short Course has a limited number of seats available for registration of non-UNENE students.

 

Course Description:
This short 2-day on-line UNENE course presents, in a condensed format, important topics covered in the UNENE course “Nuclear Power Plant Systems and Operation”. The full course was created by Prof. George Bereznai of Ontario Tech University. The full course is one of the mandatory courses in the UNENE M.Eng. Program. The full course is also offered separately at McMaster University and Ontario Tech.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Payment Disputes:

Your registration can be cancelled and course fees can be fully refunded up to 2 days before the start date. Please reach out to unene@mcmaster.ca to request a cancellation and refund.

Cancellations after this time will result in no refund. Refunds will not be issued to registrants who do not attend a course.

Refunds may take several business days to process. Your patience is appreciated as a cancellation is processed.

Course materials will not be shared with registrants who cancel.

A Zoom account is required to access the course.

Please ensure that you complete the course registration form in addition to paying the fee.

When you register, you must use the email address associated with the Zoom account that you intend to join the lecture with – if you enter a different email address on the registration form, you will not be able to enter the Zoom meeting.

Your course registration will be reviewed and approved once the registration fee has been received.

A receipt will be issued to your email within 24-48 hours (on business/working days) of receiving both your registration and fee payment.

If a registration and payment are not both received 2 business days before the course start date, your spot in the course will not be secured.

Course Completion:
