Minister’s Smith and Dunlop Visit UNENE

On Monday, May 29, UNENE had the opportunity to meet with The Honourable Todd Smith, Minister of Energy, and The Honourable Jill Dunlop, Minister of Colleges and Universities, during their visit to McMaster University, to discuss the nuclear education landscape in Ontario.
Our group of esteemed researchers, UNENE students, and UNENE alumni shared their perspectives from within industry and academia, and highlighted the critical need for investment in nuclear education to support the crucial development of the nuclear industry as we move forward to meet Ontario and Canada’s clean energy goals.
